Application Process

Application for enrolment is to be made to the International Education Division of The Department of Education, Victoria, Australia; nominating South Oakleigh College as a preferred school.

Step #1

The applicant will need to complete the online form.

The applicant should attach academic and English language transcripts and references from the student’s current principal, then send the form to international@edumail.vic.gov.au

Step #2

When we receive a Request to Place, our team will review the application and may request an interview.

Step #3

Once the application is successful, the DET International Student Program Unit will send a Letter of Offer, along with an invoice.

When the invoice is paid by the due date, a Confirmation of Enrolment Letter will be sent.

Step #4

After the Confirmation of Enrolment Letter is received, the applicant will submit their visa application to the Australian Department of Home Affairs​.
